I’ve stayed with Megan before. The house is just as described. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen stocked and location was perfect. Megan is great with helping if anything was needed. I would always recommend her unit for a stay if needed.

Super nice townhome, very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with all the linens we needed and the a/c was cold. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and we never ran out of hot water. We didn't do much cooking as we worked late every day, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with a nice big fridge. And the reserved parking was appreciated - even coming home late was no issue as we knew we'd have a spot. The townhome is in a excellent location - close to everything we needed. We certainly hope this rental is available on our next trip to Denver!

Comfortable place to stay

Overall a good place to stay. The host was great. There were a few things that could have been better. Outside chairs were folding chairs, not a big deal, but the small yard was not neat. The smoke detector was missing and to be installed after we left. The AC wasn't working when we got there. The host did have it serviced ASAP, which was great. There was not a great place to eat food - a table would be a nice addition. The screen door latch was not working nor was there a closer on it. The front porch had ratchet straps strewn upon it. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good. Some minor repairs and keeping the place neat would make this a 5 star property.

It did the job for us. I think a little bit of touch up pain in the kitchen would be beneficial. A better cleaning before check in would’ve made it more cozy. Overall we loved the king bed and many options for food in a short distance.
