The owner has lovingly furnished this home. Feel warmth & coziness in every room, with a spacious beautiful yard & mountain feel. There's a bright living space & dining room, along with an a family room that has a gas fire pit. The owner has 5* reviews & super host status, this is the newest addition to his portfolio, so be one of the first to book & stay here! This is a 4 bed 3 bath, but also has plenty of space to accommodate more, with an additional sofa bed in the downstairs living space. This is a large bright & airy space, located on the centeniial and littleton border. Just 18 minutes to cherry creek, 22 minutes downtown, and 20 minutes to the mountains. There's lots and lots of stores and places to go within 2-3 minutes from the house. Everything you could need from restaurants to grocery shopping. There is a steam shower in the main room, and a jet bath on the main floor, for those that like to relax. For games, there's cornhole and giant jenga, in case your feeling like some activity. Plenty of parking, with a roof cover for winter days of snow. Guests can use all aspects of the house. There is a smart lock to get in, so you can arrive any time you like. We are available most of the time at short notice for any queries or requests.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a stovetop.

Christmas Market Fun

Really loved this house! Plenty of room, multiple hang out spaces, great yard! Our dog loved the tennis ball in the backyard! Quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. We had a great weekend!
