Home 2 suites is conveniently located by a local shopping center that affords multiple options for dining within walking distance. The reception area was clean ans well maintained and a lite breakfast was offered daily. This included coffee, danishes, cereal, fruit and yogurt. The staff was pleasant and willing to help with any concerns. The only downside was cleanliness of the room. When imarrived thentrash had not been removed from the previous stay. The carpet down the main hallway and in the room had stains. The bathroom still had used soap in the shower. I plan on staying here again next time I visit Colorado. I would like to see that management sees this and works with the cleaning staff.

Customer service at the hotel was awful. Our room was filthy. Floors sticky.

Check in was great. Room was very clean. Staff is respectful and responsive. Pool is closed per COVID guidelines. Great experience and safe location.

Under the circumstances of COVID -19 I believe they did an excellent job. Amenities were not available as well as breakfast but everything was followed as far as guidelines. They room was super clean as well as the lobby. We will for sure stay there again when visiting Denver

We were disappointed in this Home2 suites. So many things happened throughout the weekend. They had water issues, if you didn’t want to take either a cold or scalding hot shower. We were woken up in the early morning due to a fire alarm, the elevators weren’t working, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff was very friendly at least!

I did not like the breakfast it was not fresh. I didnt like that everything was in mucrowave packages.

Property so nice, we stayed there twice and will stay again. They accommodated us with late check outs due to a crazy Volleyball tournament schedule for our daughter.

It was very clean and looked new.....the staff was very friendly and Breakfast was great! Would def stat here again about an hour from copper mountain and very close to restaurants and the Main Event which is great for Kids!

Our overall experience was very pleasant. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The kitchen with dishes/glassware/silverware, etc., was a huge help. My only criticism is the configuration of the shower door. It was impossible to keep water from puddling on the floor because there was a gap between the door and the wall of the shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with several choices for adults and kids. The hotel was completely full because a national girls softball tournament was in town so we were concerned about noise but the hotel managed to keep most of them on the first floor and wasn’t a problem at all. Bravo!! 👏

Handicap parking is not close to automatic doors. Too hard to manually open. Breakfast facilities have only tall chairs and counters. Sofa in the room was very difficult for older or handicapped person to get up from. As s long-time Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed. Staff was accommodating and friendly. However for the price would not recommend for those with even mild physical handicaps.
