Great service! The staff was welcoming and responsive!

The rooms were fantastic and well cleaned and sanitized. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was well done and prepared and served in a safe manner. The only problem I had was the TV. They used Direct TV and it was difficult to locate any of the channels or programs I wanted to watch.

Very enjoyable and convenient. Stayed here with my family while we were in town for a wedding Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and safe. They were following all of the recommendations regarding COVID and that eas comforting.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. There was old food inside the refrigerator, and when confronted about it the staff was rude and asked me if i was sure it was not my food in the refrigerator. Very unprofessional

I was disappointed that there were no cups in the room and the room was not serviced between the 2 nights that we stayed there.

Because of the use of Orbitz I was forced to checkout after my first night, check back in the next morning and move to a different room, resulting in my being late for a meeting. When I checked in the first day I was told they would try to get me the same room. I checked just in case they didn't because I know people don't really care about customers. Lance told me they already put someone else in that room, this was at 620 am. I thought they want check in after 3pm. Facility is fine, Desk people not.

Very friendly staff. Allowed early check in. Fitness room was clean and all equipment was functional.

Thermostat in room had been disconnected and moved to wall unit. Heat/cooling was not regulated . Room was either 95 0r 60!!

It was suite, we were pleasantly surprised that it had 2 bathrooms. Did we need 2 for just 2 people, no, but sure cut down on time required to get up and get dressed! Thanks Hampton!

This property is completely re-done and updated - very nice. Breakfast was great including smoothies and hot food. My only complaint is that the hot tub/pool area is a little small, and the hot tub was not working while we were there.

The hotel is good, but we had problems with both check in and check out. Both times, no one was at the front desk for about 5 minutes. Then on check out we were needing to make a reservation for a wedding, and the clerk, after she came in from a smoke break, said she would email us confirmation and we've never received it. The breakfast was ok, but up to the standards of Hampton Inns. Powdered scrabbled eggs?

We had a great check in and was upgraded to a premium room. However, the bed was not comfortable and the AC didn't work properly. The windows were open when we got into the room and figured out it was because the AC wouldn't cool the room down after the sun set. Breakfast was a disappointment as we had recently stayed in a Hampton in Dumas Tx which was really good.
