Guest Access:
Guests will have FULL access to the home, except for a locked cleaning closet that we set aside for the cleaners.
The Neighborhood:
Many neighbors may wave hello and are actually friendly. As we were getting the home fully landscaped, some of the neighbors asked for referrals for their own homes (as they liked what they saw). There was one instance where a neighbor assisted a past guest with an unexpected flat tire. Overall, guests may find there is still a sense of community that surrounds the home.
As an Airbnb host I thrive to make everyone's experience wonderful, guests, neighbors, and the community as a whole. Please note, Colorado Statutes and City County Ordinances provide for quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Laugh, talk, enjoy, catch up, but please help me be neighborly.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of space for your parking needs. We've also found Uber/Lyft to be a convenient way to travel.
