Upon arrival, service was good. Walked into room and it was a little dirty, sheets had markings, food on the ceiling , hair in the shower and the floor was so dirty you had to wear your shoes when walking around after a shower or your feet turned black. We stayed for 2 days just myself and my two children. Took them swimming yesterday and there were was a huge family in the pool that weren’t staying there , it was crowded. Today we checked out , I piled the towels even the bed sheets the room was cleaner then my arrival. The lady working the front desk went to check the room when we were departing , she comes back and tells me she has to charge me, I said charge me for what, you had marker on one of the towels. I looked at her marker? We have no markers, I then said hot Cheetos she said no, she shows me and it’s fruity pebbles cereal. If you have children you know it will come out. So I told her that will come out once washed, she said no we tried I’m charging you. SMH are you serious. I paid 10 dollars for a towel?! Honestly she should have given me the towel I paid for then. I am a business owner of my own cleaning company, this was a last min trip with my children and I’m sorry I know how to keep things neat , clean and wash towels. Besides that she was giving me the rudest stare. Never will stay at a motel 6 and now I know why I have never before.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was a short, one night stay ans it was a convenient location close to a Filipino bakery and two gas station a minute walk away amd close to Hwy 99.

These people are crooks. They focued overly hard on the $50 deposit and all the reasons they would not refund it. We stayed less the 9 hours, showered and slept only. They kept $25 stating we had stained a towel and pillow case. I did not wear makeup and we do not use hair products. I asked them to text or email me proof and they refused and hung up on me. I knew they acted weird from check in. They even made me personally come in and reread and resign the deposit rules again. Total scam. Be warned. I am very careful to leave the room neat and clean and have never had a deposit held after hundreds of hotel rentals over 30 yrs of travel. Plus we saw baby cockroaches in the room. I did not complain because I get that people bring them in thier luggage and pest control is always an issue. Plus we litterally only brought in the basics with a change of clothes. So beware. Im sure they do this to most, if not all thier visitors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I showed up way before check in time let them know I’d be checking in much later that night. They office staff assured me that it was no issue to check in late at night and they confirmed that my room would be ready for me when I got back.

Bad stay

The cleaner they use was so strong I had an allergic reaction had to leave after 3 hrs of being there. The motel had fresh oil on the parking lot being a pet friendly plsce they have no area for your pet my dogs paws had oil from the lot and got on the bedding when I was trying to leave cause of the allergic reaction the worker was all mad about that and not worried about me having a reaction.
