Let's start at the beginning, when we got there they said that they would have the ready at 3 in the afternoon, nope it wasnt ready, but once it was ready it smell like some use the bathroom, after the second day, we were running out of wadhrags and towels.

Room smelled like smoke, I’m guessing because the casino was close by. It’s was surprisingly quiet since we got there right after Sturgis. But the room just felt dirty

Facility has no elevators in the section of the room i booked. Had to have a reassigned room. No restaurant. Coffee and donuts were offered in the employees break room. Donuts looked like the were a week old.

It was a place to sleep, glad it wasn't a romantic

The front desk guy told me there would be donuts and coffee in the little break room. One morning there was coffee and no Donuts the other morning there was donuts and no coffee. My room had the loudest exhaust fan ever in the bathroom. The shower drain was super slow so the bathtub would fill up with water while you showered.

I can't think of any complaints! Facility was clean, safe with excellent amenities. Your staff were top of the line - I would like to extend a special THANK YOU to the young man who checked us in and out. He went totally out of his way to assist us. We had oxygen tanks delivered - he went out of his way to deliver them to our room (137) and to answer all questions - he exhibited warmth and consideration related to health impaired person as well as showing humor. Please reward him if you can for going so out of his way. !! Thank You !!

Definitely NOT a resort - more like an old motel

Went there for the Rally and was surprised that this was more like a motel 6 than a resort. First thing was the room smelled worse than the bottom of an ashtray. There were no other rooms available so we were stuck in there. My clothes all smell like cigarettes! Bed was comfy and the place was clean but very run down. the towels are thin and rough and smaller than a normal towel. The door is hard to close so you really have to slam it and I am sure the other folks love that. Basics of a TV and small fridge work. Hot tub is nice and the outdoor seating by the river is really nice. It did the job but don't expect a resort!
