I am a local and used the property while i had work done on my home. I work standing on my feet ALL day. The listing does tell you the amenties arent available, i just assumed that meant outside amenties. The gym and indoor pool/spa are not available for use either. The power kept going out, there was a small sign in the front entrance warning of this but to be working on my feet AND having to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs was ridiculous! The view is amazing and the unit is very nice. Just be aware there are several construction projects still happening on our coast for businesses and residents!

The room was good, but the hotel itself was not. The bulding had an abandoned look to it. None of the pools were in operation, and looked disgusting. They should at least drain all of the water out so it wont have that dirty nasty water it, and/or cover it up.

Weekend Getaway

Overall we had a great stay. The main property is in quite a bad state, likely since hurricane Ian. As the listing states, all pools and common areas are closed. That being said, the view was great and getting to the beach was easy from the north side of the building. Beach access is a from a public spot equipped with a station to rinse off. We rented two lounge chairs and an umbrella for 50/day from the beach vendor. Walgreens and Publix are right across the street to grab anything you may have forgotten. We had a great time!
