The best part of the stay was Lucinda at the front desk. She was helpful and personable. However, when we got to our room we found that the toilet needed work. The shower had no water pressure so my wife could barely get the shampoo out of her hair. We had to ask 4 different employees just to get a couple of extra towels. The ocean view was nice, but the front door opened onto a view of several noisy, rusting A/C units. The door to the balcony would not shut or lock. The "gym" was little more than a large closet. The lobby ran out of coffee one morning and the desk help seemed totally baffled as to how to fix it. The pool was a health risk, as every morning 15-20 pigeons used it for their personal bath. We won't be back.

Stayed 4 nights and the whole time was a great experience. I had my two year old son with me and the staff was nothing but awesome and super friendly towards me and my son. They would even remember what we were doing that day and once we got back talk to my son about it. It was a very good stay. The room was exactly like the photos and very clean and nice.

For the extra $15 a day they charge to park your car I would have spent the extra money for upscale hotel. It does state this but the wording is misleading. If you’re a guest you shouldn’t have to pay to park at the hotel. Leaving your car there while on a cruise etc I understand. I got there before check in and they said they would call when the room was ready. Never got a call. Signs in the hotel state no smoking, in designated areas only. Well there are no designated areas. So on the beach or out in front by the road with several homeless people hanging out. As a solo traveler I didn’t feel safe walking down that road to get to places. Walk the beach. Breakfast was great. Pool and pool area was dirty. Had ocean view room which had a great view. So for the price it was just ok.

1. The check in is @ 4:00pm, we were there a lil before 4:00 and the rooms wasn’t ready at all, we waited for a room for over 2hrs, it also other ppl waiting in rooms 2. The parking is $15.89 a night, I never heard of this before, it’s not listed on the app for a price of parking. 3. The staff, well they were short handed and I don’t blame them for all of it, but they are not professional, very unprofessional for a fact, the front desk kept calling for the supervisor of housekeeping and she wouldn’t respond back to him, and in the process of all of this the front desk employee got upset bcus of ppl wanting to go to their rooms! 4. The (Room) well it was ok! The problem is the wait on the room, and the unprofessional ppl. Just beware of this type of hotel.
