The best part of the stay was Lucinda at the front desk. She was helpful and personable. However, when we got to our room we found that the toilet needed work. The shower had no water pressure so my wife could barely get the shampoo out of her hair. We had to ask 4 different employees just to get a couple of extra towels. The ocean view was nice, but the front door opened onto a view of several noisy, rusting A/C units. The door to the balcony would not shut or lock. The "gym" was little more than a large closet. The lobby ran out of coffee one morning and the desk help seemed totally baffled as to how to fix it. The pool was a health risk, as every morning 15-20 pigeons used it for their personal bath. We won't be back.

Everything was great. Plan on returning again for vacation. A little problem with parking but it was quickly resolved . Front desk service was excellent. rooms were very clean and well stocked It was a breath taking view of the beach at night from the balcony. I've already told friends and family about Comfort Inn & Suites at Daytona Beach Oceanfront.

The restaurant next door plays very loud music till 2 am. The housekeeping plays loud music on the 5th floor. I called to complain about the loud music and was told they could move my room to oceanfront where the noise is a lot “better” but they would have to charge more. I elected to leave two days early and booked elsewhere, they refused to refund my nights I did not stay due to not being able to sleep there bc of very loud noise till 2 am every day. It was very unpleasant experience.

Was great experience, Can’t beat the location !

Hotel was very nice and updated, Room was very clean and nicely set up ,Shower was excellent with provided shower chair. Shampoo was excellent also, Great bed and love the square pillows . awesome location as we walked to Ocean deck next door and Joe’s crab shack less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy. I only have one word of advice … The club next door plays extremely loud bass music from 9:30 am -2:00-2:30 am and for some it may not be great (Like my wife,LOL), But I suggest asking for a north side room to avoid it . I sleep through anything so I was fine, But she needed ear plugs. We love this family of Hotels for sure !

Beach area was nice, beautiful sunsets. One ice machine on lower level and it was broke . We stayed one night was on the 3rd floor , my husband is 76, I am 70 , when we packed up to leave the elevator was broke. All our luggage, cooler and multiple bags had to be carried down three flights of steps

Staff and views were amazing. Cleanliness was just ok. It was very noisy at night. Parking is also terrible and very limited. I heard the front desk lady say they had 80-ish parking pots with 120-ish rooms so they already don’t have enough parking to accommodate a full house. Keep that in mind.
