Has 1 King size beds and 1 Twin sofa bed to up 3 guests. New furniture, new cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 50" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (0.3miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.1miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only 0.1 miles from the Convention Center.

The actual room was nice and clean inside. The outside is very dated and it’s called a resort which is not. Looks like a regular old motel. So upon arriving it was disappointing but luckily the actual accommodation was nice.

Owner/property manager very responsive. Any concerns/ questions addressed appropriately and quickly. Location on beach is great! Curb appeal could use a little work. Warning: The HOA is very aggressive with parking enforcement. You have at most 15 mins to get your parking pass into your vehicle.
