Check in was horrible. Was charged more than the $100 hold, which has still not been put back on my card used. Once checked in, we couldn’t sleep bc of doors slamming, which caused dogs in rooms around us to bark, kids running up and down the halls and people yelling. Impossible to sleep. We ended up just leaving and driving home. Overall wasn’t a Baymont type hotel at all and we were very disappointed.

This place has people living there that look like they are on drugs. We could smell weed all over the place but most looked like meth heads. The light in the bathroom didn't work, the plugs by the bed didn't work and the TV is garbage. We got bleach to put in the tub and had to spray the entire room with disinfectant because it smelled foul. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

AVOID AT ALL COST

On arrival it became clear why there are no photos of the outside-run down,shoddy,in disrepair.Motel feel about it,not hotel.The receptionist seemed to be helpful,but not.I requested a 1st floor room due to security reasons.What ever type of card reader they had was dodgey. My bank blocked my bank card after it being used to pay for room, my credit card i used for the deposit was also blocked from using my pin for the next payments. 1st room allocated (240)- we humped our belongings up the stairwell to the stench of weed,to find that 240 had not been cleaned & ready for us. Put our belongings back in car , drove round to reception. The receptionist was surprised that room wasn’t good enough for us both! He allocated us room no.2 (242)= I went to check 1st it was acceptable….. the balcony door did not lock! Drove back to reception. He was once again bemused that the room wasn’t acceptable.Room no.3 & no.4 (210 & 212)= a loud dog was continuously barking on ground floor. Both rooms the locks on the balcony doors DID NOT LOCK.Plus none of these 1st 4 rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on your website. Back to reception.Once again a shrug of the shoulders as to “why is it important for the balcony doors to lock”. I asked if he looks his doors at home when he goes to sleep & work? He obvs said “yes he does”. Same thing happened with rooms no.5,6,7 & 8. It was now dark having taken 2hrs to do all this. It became clear it was a brothel.I got a refund & left.

Lipstick on a pig, is still a pig!

First and foremost - Hotels.com customer service is Awesome! The pictures of this hotel are extremely altered or flat out fake. My wife was going to stay for 3 days. After the first night, she checked out due to the room conditions (and it was one of the better remodeled rooms). The hotel refused to give her any proof or receipt for checking out early and refused any refunds. She left anyways and went to another hotel. We contacted Hotels.com and they got us a refund for unused days which I think is fair. Stay away from this hotel!!

My family and I were unable stay there because upon arrival we were asked to pay an extra fee and I only had it in cash and the gentleman didn't want to accept my cash. I had checked all fine print before arriving for extra fees and supposedly there was non. From appearances things could use an update and did not look lile pictures on line when I nooked my reservation. Definitely was not happy having to look for another place last minute.

There were bugs, mattresses were lumpy, no remote for TV. Not enough towels or wash cloths, when I went to get some they ended up being all stained, room smelled, slide and glass door barely worked. Some rooms had chairs outside and some didn't. Sketchy at night.

Not Worth the Cheap Rate

Wyndom should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel. You really do get what you pay for. While the front desk staff were courteous, the room was not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The AC was in the corner, ans blocked by the bed, making it difficult to cool the entire room. The TV cannot be seen from tbe bedroom area. There was a dead wasp nest hanging above our bed on the ceiling. The bathroom did not have a vent. The towels were stained. They peovode the smallest bottle of shampoo ever imaginable. The "free" breakfast isn't worth it and the dining area isn't well maintained. It looks dirty and some of the shareable items question the cleanliness and food safety.

The location of the hotel great as it's near restaurants and shopping. However, the property does need a little TLC as some of the rooms have mold and the bathroom tubs/showers are rusted, leaky and stained. Housekeeping stopped in twice during my visit and exchanged the towels and threw out the trash. I kept my room pretty clean during the stay, so not sure if that's why they didn't do anything else. The last night of my stay, the guest above me made noise from that evening straight into the next morning. Loud footsteps and dragging of some sort. Overall, the hotel was enough for what I needed for a few days. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Hotel that I will NEVER stay at again. Needs Help

The property outside, inside hallways, and rooms has been poorly maintained. It seems a young adult did painting of hallways and rooms as paint was applied and dripped all over floor, stair landing, room walls where paint brush markings were all over the floor and where the wall met the trim. No telephone in the room. The TV had to lines running down the middle of the TV. Even when trying to avoid the lines on the TV it only worked for about 3 minutes and then would go into a scatter screen as if the TV signal provided was sketchily wired. When crawling into the bed the middle clasped where you sleep in a hole all night long. I had to sleep with my feet at one corner and my head at the opposite corner to even begin to lay flat. The air conditioner did work good though. And, they charge me a deposit amount in addition to the room charge that was higher then the one night stay. I am hoping I get my deposit back. The breakfast they offered was very minimal where the toaster only cooked on one side of the toast. This hotel that has the flagship of Wyndham should be removed from having that flagship. That is the reason why I choose this place. It does NOT meet the normal requirements of a flagship Wyndham hotel. Shame on the owners...
