Spectacular views Oceanfront 3/2 12th Floor North End Unit
This 3-bedroom unit is just what you need to escape to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen overlooks the open living and dining rooms allowing fantastic ocean views. The wrap around balcony provides space for everyone to enjoy spectacular views from sun up to sun down, as well a great place to watch a launch from Kennedy Space Center.
Plenty of room for the family with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and an ensuite bath, a second guest room has queen bed plus a day bed with trundle for the younger family members. the third bedroom sleeps two additional guests with a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms and full-size washer and dryer in unit.
The large living areas offer plenty of space to unwind and relax after a day at the beach, race track, water park or surrounding area theme parks. A full kitchen to prepare your favorite vacation meals or order delivery from one of the areas many wonderful restaurants.
Bed and bath linens are provided as well as a beginning supply of paper goods and soaps. There is one assigned parking spot in the underground garage, garage clearance of 7 foot, no trailers allowed on site, additional parking is first come first serve on the upper parking deck.

Beautiful location, support was helpful. The unit and furnishings are dated and in need of updating. We had no ability to lock the door when leaving and had to rely on a system that we had no confidence in.
