Had a wonderfil time with my family. The room was very cleam and they looked like new. The staff was always with a smile and very nice.

This hotel was in a great spot for us and right of the interstate coming from orlando. There are many eateries and shops in the area that you technically woulsnt need to travel far for. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about but definitely serves its purposes when u dont want to spend extra at a restaurant. Its fairly clean and i loves the fact we had a full size fridge. The water pressure/flow in the shower could always be better, but its nothing uncommon from what you expect for a hotel. We did have 1 bug incident. We did have a visit from a palmetto bug aka a roach. We disposed of it quickly, felt no need to complain at the front as its florida and it does happen. We only saw 1 bug in our room, thats it. We would definitely stay agai. If we need too.

This was our first time in Daytona and we were very happy we picked this hotel. It’s in a great location, near the speedway and shops and restaurants. And very close to the beach. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. There’s even complimentary breakfast.
Daily cleaning was offered, but never happened. No vegetarian offer for breakfast. Eggs were mixed up with sausage. I stayed there because of the breakfast option, but could not eat there. Very limited options.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here for the Challenge Daytona triathlon. Both times the staff has been great.
Management could put more energy in to keeping hotel clean. Carpet has spots, sheets looks like they have puled our from who knows where, towels are old and need to be at least bleached
I really enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the lobby and the guest rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast choices each morning. We were however disappointed at the lack of pleasant customer service. Also the lack of housekeeping. I was very concerned when we called housekeeping and they showed up and dumped the recycle bin in with a trash. Especially when the property promoted themselves as green. Why bother having separate recycle bins?
The property is very modern... upscale almost. Love the rooms, especially the beds! My favorite hotel in Daytona.
What I like about the Hotel is the staff which were very helpful in answering any question I have and made my stay pleasant

Thank you for the review, my apologies about the food. We are always trying new options based on guest feedback. Not sure what happened with housekeeping, if there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, our room attendants do not enter nor knock on the door. Thanks again
