Great stay! The hotel is in a convenient location near Embry-Riddle, which made our trip easy. Staff was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The room and facilities were clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel – some poor staff members. I set a wakeup alarm for 0630 on the automated wake up phone system - check it twice to ensure it was set properly. The next morning, I awoke at approximately 0830 - never did review the automated wakeup call! I informed the front desk clerk in person and her response was "So? Who did you speak with." Extremely dismissive tone. I explained it was on the automated system. She offered no apology and said she would look into it. Had I been departing for a flight or other time sensitive event, this could have been a real problem. If you have a system in place, it should work. On the positive side, the 2 people at check in the night before were delightful.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Lots of restaurants that you can walk to. My only recommendation would be breakfast. This location does not offer the same breakfast as the other Home 2 Suites. They didn't offer bread, bagels or muffins. Cereal was off brand but labeled as brand cereal. They did not offer the veggie omelette or yogurt. Also, the milk was not offered in individual containers so may way to verify expiration date. Great customer service!
