Location was great, but building and rooms need major update.
The check in was easy and friendly. Front desk clerl was very pleasant. However, the room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay. We were short on towels and had to ask for some. This was Daytona Bike week, but they could have been better prepared.
It was okay. Not as clean and neat as the pictures show .
I liked the main lobby set up. Plenty of room. Breakfasts weren’t anything fancy but they weren’t horrible.
Our stay was ok, the room was a little dusty on the head board of the bed, as where you could see it and we had no dresser/chest for our clothe. Maybe the hotel was updating the furniture. We also had to call the front desk to send someone up, to fix the TV in the room. The big football game was on and we could not get the channel on the tv. The hotel had changed cable companies but dud not update the tv channels for all of the rooms, as to what we were told by the front desk. So, our stay was nit as great as it has been in the past.
Our check in was great, the Rep. was very nice and knew what he was doing. We stayed only 1 night and the room was nice.
we were refugees from cat5 Dorian. Hampton just what we needed, close to our home but far enough from the ocean to be safe. Luckily Dorian kind of skipped by us. Staff friendly, rooms ok, breakfast ok, too. we would stay here again if needed. It was like a mini-vacation. some of the nearby restaurants stayed open.
The front desk staff was nice but just there. Provides yes or no answers when asked question. Half the parking lot was blocked off so when I parked where the check in desk said to park compared to my room, there was yellow tape and a huge construction like vehicle there. They didn’t know there own property situations.
Bath room needs to be a little cleaner and the the bedspread had a smell like perfume.
Short trip for graduation readon, hotel was nice and clean. Must update the bedding not to comfortable.
