We only stayed for one night, but the condition of the room upon arrival was unacceptable. The trash from the previous guests had not been emptied, there were drinks still left in the fridge, the shower had no curtain, and the room had an unpleasant smell.

The gal that was running the place on morning of January 20 was fantastic. The major problem was that on the third floor, which I was on the second, it was like a bunch of tweakers and people for at least 10 hours throughout the night we’re poundingon the floor and moving furniture. From a noise standpoint, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in all my 40 years of traveling. Did not get any real sleep after a full day of traveling the previous day. One recommendation is that they should have some basic plates and utensils in the kitchen since it’s a full kitchen. There was zero so that made the kitchen useless for one night stay Again, the gal running theplace with a sweetheart and was very nice

If you want a super clean and updated facility to spend your hard earned money at this is not the place for you. If you want to pay good money for a non smoking room or facility this is definitely not the hotel that you are looking for! The amount of cigarette smoke. Looming on the 2nd floor it was probably enough to give my whole family cancer That in combination with the air condition unit not working properly.

I was allowed to book a room, when I reached hotel for check in - I got a surprise that, all rooms are full for that day and I have asked to reach out hotels.com for further details. The front desk staff was kind, but he couldn’t help ! Hotels.com said it was property’s fault which allowed me to book.

We booked a reservation a few hours prior. When we walked through the front door (around 11pm) we were immediately addressed with "we have no available rooms". In reply I mentioned our reservation, only to be retold "We have no available rooms". I asked to speak with a manager and was told "no". Shortly after another employee came from around back and started vigorously working on the computer. After a few minutes in an uncomfortable situation we where told they could put us in a suite. Upon entering the "suite" the entire 3rd floor smelt like your great aunts cigarettes' soaked apartment. Entering the room, the pull out bed was installed in 1985 and hasn't been cleaned since, mold and mildew under the couch cushion, no sheets and as flat as a pancake. The master bed was not made and there were no extra blankets or sheets. (despite everything we almost toughed it out as our options at this point were limited). We chose to find another hotel and spare being sick for weeks after spending any more time in this facility.

The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, except Dave microwave and fridge raider. Nothing else. The room did not have a trashcan of any kind. The bathroom sink backed up. The shower water would not turn off completely. The coffee bar in the lobby was miserable. The coffee pot was broken one day and we had no food service the next day.

Only needed one night and this place fit location and price. Front desk staff were friendly enough, but when we went into the hall to get to the room, the dank funk of weed just permiated the whole place. Initial impressions of the room were ok, until we open the curtains and it looked as if someones toddler, or dog, had smeared the window with some unidentifiable goo. Kitchenette area was good enough, although showing some age, but no real complaints. We didn't use anything but the fridge. The bathroom fan didn't work and there was a science experiment growing on the ceiling above the shower. Obvious signs of leaking above the shower as well. In the morning my wife saw a bug (roach) crawling up the wall that disappearred behind the wall art. as we left the room, we were once again greated by the dank funk of weed permiating the hallway in this no smoking facility. Other than that, it was great, except for the mattress. It needs to be thrown out because I could feel the springs moving beneath me.
