Great location, great price, clean rooms and very nice staff/owners.

We stayed for one night and were prepared for a budget hotel. On the positive it’s near the beach with great views from the patio. On the negative it’s tired, worn, dirty and with crappy towels (threadbare with literal holes). Even for a budget hotel it was overpriced. Would not be my first choice unless it was priced appropriately.

Dirty, disapointed. Will not go again at this hotel

This is a funky but cool American family owned motel. They just redid the pool and it is nice. It is right on the beach. My room had a full kitchen that was furnished. My biggest complaint was the coffee maker. It barely worked and should be replaced. This motel also has a large charcoal grill available for use. I will stay here again.

We booked on line using the previous reviews. That was a bad mistake!!! When we got there we found out our "Ocean view Suite" was across busy A1A and not on the side of the road as the photos of the hotel seem to imply. It was a chore to cross the street, and if we forgot something in the room it was not worth the trip back across A1A to get it. The office has "CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN" written on the building but that is far from the truth. The room was not clean, we found dirty sheets and chip bags in the pull out couch, I don't think they sweep or mop. We had a full kitchen but there were no pots or pans or any utensils needed to use the kitchen. It appears that the owners live on site and have a little hoarding problem. Bags of garbage piled up and the trash cans that are available to use are overflowing. The pool was clean but there is no beach access from the pool deck, you have to go to A1A and use the public ramp to access the beach.

This hotel when we checked in, first the office was locked, once we got in clean linens were just thrown on the floor in the corner, in the small lobby you couldn't even walk there were dirty pots and pans behind the desk, cleaners all over the floor an absolute pig sty, if that wasn't enough we walked up to our room, the room smelled old and smelled like gas from the stove, the walls were nasty, the bathroom was disgusting, I was afraid to sit on the bed. Afraid of getting crabs. I have never refused to stay anywhere but this hotel is the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen, I immediately checked out and the owner still charged me for that night and cancellation fees te rest of the week. I had to find another hotel. Most horrible hotel I've ever been in.
