Excellent service from the hotel staff, good location if you want to be in the center of Daytona. Boardwalk is right outside and Pier is 10 minutes away.

My husband and I are very happy with this vacation club. Our suite is spacious and most of it recently renovated. The game room, gym, and outdoor pool and patio areas are very, very nice and clean. The staff has been very helpful. Our 2nd floor suite has 2 non-oceanview (which we knew at the time of booking) balconies but the views from both are very unattractive - this is our only disappointment. We do recommend a stay and we would stay here again if we visit in the future.

Weigh the pros & cons

Pros: Beautiful location on the beach with direct access, plenty of amenities, & very spacious room with everything you could need at a great price. Cons: Parking is not ideal for large SUV’s or trucks. The clearance on the parking garage says 6’6”, but that sign is not. My truck got banged up pretty bad. I also almost got stuck due to the several pillars throughout the parking garage & extremely tight turns. The tub & sink didn’t look clean around the drains & edges. Last minor con: we requested towels that never showed.

Worst room layout. Instead of a desk or table to work on, the room has a large tub which does nothing but take up space. Picture of room shows a totally different layout.

Check in was sketchy. Sketchy employees and sketchy reception area and parking lot. However I had a room on the upper floors and when the elevator opened I was shocked to see brand new carpet and paint. The room was a lock off so it had a mini kitchenette a large bathroom and a king size bed w partial ocean view. Pleasantly surprise by the conditions of the rooms bs the reception area and the attitude of the front desk (I wanted to run and cancel my reservation). So overall great stay.

Property seems to be undergoing repairs (I hope?) The 2 bedroom suite isn’t a true 2 bedroom instead it’s a 1 bedroom suite with a connecting room. It worked for us but wasn’t clear in pictures or descriptions. It’s outdated but still cozy.
