We were overall happy with our stay! It was our first time truly traveling with our infant and we reserved a one bedroom unit so that we could have a separate sleeping space from him. Having never done that before, I was expecting the bathroom to connect to the main living area and for us to have to sleep on the pull out couch in order to have access to that at night (I’m currently 7 months pregnant so this was a priority). We were pleasantly surprised to see the bathroom connects to both the main living area and the bedroom, so we got to sleep on the nice, comfy bed! There was also a separate door to the balcony from the bedroom so we could enjoy coffee out there before our kiddo woke up. So nice! The only complaint was that the pool heater seemed to be broken… made it almost unusable but we did attempt a short polar plunge!
I do not recommend this property! I booked 4 night stay with my family. The kids looked forward to stay there. The day of check-in, the airline canceled our flight because of the weather conditions.we felt homeless and disappointed. I promised my kids a nice four day vacation during winter break. I broke that that promise. It was beyond my control. I had to cancel everything, the plane tickets, the car rental the parking lot at the airport and the hotel. Everyone understood the situation that we were in and canceled our booking with the exception of the hotel Daytona beach regency. The hotel management decided to keep the full amount $764.69. This is theft pure and simple.
Checked in and our room only had one bed . Indoor hot tub and pool closed . Had to pay up grade for pull out couch . BS
The parking garage could only accommodate vehicles under the height of 6'4".

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. It is close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel room had a ton of space, and we had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The bartender was extremely friendly and made power hour a really great experience. The only negatives that our family encountered is that there is only one ice machine in the entire hotel, and it was empty all day. The hotel should consider adding another ice machine to assist their guests. However, that was such a minor inconvenience and our family all had a great stay.

Property is good for the pricing. Only thing is their is no free cancellation you have to pay for flexibility and on top of it the main parking is located underground which does not feel too safe. Being beachfront is nice and their is lots of business for eating and leisure around!
The hotel was sold out and we got the WORST room in the hotel! That room is 203, The room was nice but the balcony was a joke! The balcony has a concrete wall going halfway up then you are looking at the roof of the covered parking and to make it all even worse, there are 3 hard framed screens going across the opening so you can’t even look out! Also it smelled like smoke in a non smoking room.
