Room was nice. The pet charge for one night was too high. Enough that I probably won’t stay again. I come to the area yearly to visit family and usually stay 2 or more nights. I know that’s not a big deal to you . But your pet policy needs to be considered.

This hotel has literally nothing but potential. Great layout. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the door to my room was broken and almost was trapped inside at one point. The glasses in the bathroom were covered in hair and dirt. I wanted to make a cup of coffee in the morning and the coffe pot was filled with moldy coffee. I let the staff know about it and later when I returned to the rooom nothing was cleaned. I was disappointed because I liked the room. At least they offered me points on Bonvoy to make it up. So effectively they did nothing.
