This modern, one-year-old home was thoughtfully designed with sound-reducing insulation and high-end finishes throughout. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. The custom-built kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table for two is available, with extra chairs provided for additional seating if needed.
The bathroom is a generous size, with quartz counters, plenty of storage, and a tub/shower combo. In the living room, you’ll find a comfy sofa and a large 60” smart TV with WiFi, Netflix, live sports, live news, and a variety of streaming services included. For added convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.

This is one of two units in the home, but you’ll have your own private, ground-level side entrance; completely separate and secure.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in the Flower Streets area of Dartmouth.
Easy walk to bus stop or to the ferry.
Well located and lovely and quiet.
Very nicely presented apartment and we really appreciated the wee basket of treats.
