The host allowed us to enter early, check-in was easy, and the beds/couch were comfortable. The unit was well stocked with linens, dishware, and supplies. The host was responsive overall and made efforts to address some of our concerns and returned our deposit. However, communication prior to arrival was an issue. We sent a message through Vrbo and did not receive a response for 8 days and ultimately had to call to get assistance. Parking is also a challenge. The street is narrow with cars lining both sides and parking for both units is tight.Cooling throughout the unit was uneven. The MB became quite cold, while the living/dining area and 2nd BR remained warmer, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature across the condo.The maintenance of the unit needs attention. We encountered multiple issues during our stay, including pests, a leak in the MB toilet, heavily accumulated dust on the exhaust fan, stained bedding, and several kitchen items that were not clean or should be replaced. There were also several maintenance shortcomings such as burned-out light bulbs, a missing window shade, worn outdoor furniture, and limited usable electrical outlets.The number of issues—across cleanliness, maintenance, and basic upkeep detracted from comfort and confidence in the overall condition of the unit.This property has the potential to be very good, but it would benefit from more consistent communication, deeper cleaning standards, and more proactive maintenance.
