This 3 bedroom 2 bath upper unit of a duplex has been recently renovated and furnished with all new furnishings, housewares and linens. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have been stylishly redone with solid surface countertops, beautiful tile and new vanities. Central AC! Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the back deck or the front balcony. Complimentary on site laundry is located in the laundry room accessible from downstairs side entry. Three parking spaces are included with this rental!

We were in the area to visit our two grandsons and their families who live in Laguna Niguel & SJC. It was a good location to go visit both and see our great grandkids and still have some time alone and give them some space. We love Dana Point and all the great eating places.
