The perfect family home! Located just 15 minutes from downtown, this spacious home is perfect for large family events! All essentials are provided to make your transition from home as smooth as possible. Explore the city during the day and come back to a clean home to relax and enjoy your whole vacation! Some of the great amenities in the home include two 75 inch TVs, fast WiFi, and everything that you need to live comfortably!


Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
