Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great, but room was slightly lacking. There was food or something on couch and ottoman, and toilet tissue, nose tissue box and shampoo levels were extremely low.

The only ice machine that was working was the one on the first floor. I went to all four of the other floors looking for ice before I found that one working. The light on the smoke detector is very bright and bothersome at night for sleeping. Otherwise, it was fine.

The suite was perfect for our little girls night out (4 of us). My only complaint was that the beds should be replaced. They were not comfortable and noisy with just the slightest movement.
