It's under remodel but the room was clean. Just kind of outdated. Plenty of hot water n the front desk employees were very nice and very helpful. It showed a club/bar on the website but all we saw was the restaurant. Probably a good thing if you want to get some sleep without bass bumping into the night. Overall, it was pretty good, especially if you want an affordable place for the basics while you explore the city
Great, very clean. The staff was great and very friendly
No hot breakfast and they said they did. Lady at front desk wore sweats with wholes in them. Cleaning lady just walked in room without knocking.
We checke in at 7pm and our ac was turned off in the room. After 2 hours of the ac blowing non stop at 60 our room still wasn't cooling off so we were moved to another room. My 16 month old feet were seriously BLACK from walking around the room with no shoes on so the floor was disgusting!!! We had to go to the office 3 or 4 times because our keys were not working. We will NOT be staying here again!
they photocopied my driver license which i didnt like. the room was missing a microwave which was brought into place promptly. the walkway and step canopy leaked water terribly. on feb 13 the power was not on in all the rooms and blackouts were frequent from mid afternoon til early evening. [...]housekeeping honored do not disturb til after checkout time and cleaned the room after late exit on first day before we returned in the evening. two lightbulbs were burnt out but posed no problem. shower curtain rod was loose. more than one set of towels are needed for adult couples and the pillows (only 3 standard) were flat and uncomfortable.
While the game was stupendous...this motel left a lot to be desired. Our room key would not work, had to bother the clerk numerous times to get into the room. The room is nothing like the pictures provided. Hot water was not readily available; you had to let the water run for 15 minutes to get hot, then jump around in the shower to get wet. The toilet kept getting clogged, and the room was not prepared with clean towels. Complimentary breakfast was day old breads and watered down juices. I do not recommend staying here.
Six flags... The desk attendant made a fresh pot of hot coffee for a tired guest!! Thanks!!!
My husband and I were just going to spend the weekend for a baseball game. We wanted something close to the ball park but not spend a ton of money. You definitely get what you pay for. We had a non-smoking room but you could smell the smoke coming from the smoker rooms through the vents. The bathroom door didn't shut and the tub was filthy with black scum. The carpet was not vacuumed. All the furniture was just old, worn out, and run down. I would have left and gone to another hotel had we not had to prepay for this reservation in advance. Lucky my husband and I didn't spend too much time in the hotel room.
Only needed room to sleep and shower yet beds were uncomfortable and nights were very noisy, bathroom was very small and needed handy work
I would definitely never stay at this hotel again. Our family left a day early so we could spend a full first day in Six Flags. Our primary hotel (Hyatt Place) was booked for the night so I searched Orbitz for relatively inexpensive place to crash for the night. I chose this hotel based on positive Orbitz reviews but was sadly dissapointed. There were many unsavory occupants, the security latch was broken, the bathroom vent was hanging and it's an older motel. The wife would not go to sleep until she barricaded the door. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked and the water was hot. This might be a nice place to take your one night stand but definitely not your family.
The staff was very friendly
Every time I've used one particular site (other than Orbitz) I've been hit with 1 or 2 hidden charges. Orbitz had nothing like that. The Rodeway Inn said everything was prepaid and I didn't have to do anything weird like place a deposit.
I found the hotel modestly priced and in a great location for access to the entire metroplex. The desk clerk was friendly, and ready for my arrival. Like many hotels of that vintage the walls are a little thin and ''party animals' can get a little annoying. This is a good hotel for the business travelor on a budget.
