Staff was extremely rude and harassing. Calling after I already overpaid for the room with how dirty it was. Calling repeatedly after I paid an early check in fee or $40 for me to return the trolly I used for my luggage. I put it outside my room and they still insisted that I had to bring it all the way back downstairs as if that is my job duty instead of theirs. Not to mention how bad it smelt of cigarette smoke and the loud doors slamming at all hours. No pool. Breakfast was BARE MINIMUM! Do not stay here, you’re welcome.

Not too bad, they try their best? At check-in the manager said no smoking allowed in the room, but the room stank of cigarette smoke, and I do NOT smoke so that was unpleasant. Was also given a room that was already occupied; maybe the manager was tired? So I had to go back downstairs to explain this unpleasant experience but they did not believe me so the manager sent Security to the room to check. Of course, I was correct but NO apology was issued, very strange. If you’re needing to book a hotel last minute this will do in a bind; cannot recommend beyond those circumstances.

Upon entering, the person was not very friendly. The bathroom was so dirty—hair in the sink and in the bathtub—they hadn’t cleaned the room. There were cockroaches. I’m not going back to that hotel. There was a musty smell upon entering. Simply a bad experience.

Stay away from this place.

NEVER AGAIN, horrible hotel, cheap and here’s why: -dirty rooms -broken doors - missing doors -broken faucets -tub with hair, wasn’t mine -broken towel bar -missing door handle and last but not least, a gaping hole in the floor covered by a carpet tile. Nice enough on the outside, pretty scary on the inside. How can anyone charge money for this disaster?!
