I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash.

It is a beautiful location and the premise is pristine. the apartments are starting to show some wear - water faucets loose, molding chewed on, back of bathroom doors banged up.

This company doesn’t prioritize their customers. Additionally, their communication is not good. I had an event in Dallas and wanted to stay at their property while I was there and after my flight was delayed over 6 times, i missed my event so decided to just cancel the trip. I asked Mint House if I could have a credit or refund and they declined both. I even told them I’d be happy to use the credit SOON as I am a frequent traveler and they declined and refused. It’s clear they are in it for the money and not for the customer. I do business deals for a living and the client should always be treated with value and respect and consideration. Not the case in this situation. 0/10 do not recommend. I’ll stay in hotel chains moving forward because they have stronger business values.

Mother/ daughter trip

Great view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said. I had to call them but it was handled very promptly. It was noisy due to interstate traffic but they have noise machines in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Room was dirty, outdated, smelled. Parking situation was horrible. They charged us almost $300 extra with no explanation!! we even put the sheets in the washer for them and cleaned after ourselves. The sheets and towels were ripped!!

I had some issues, let me list: -The bed was horrible, thin, and the frame was placed incorrectly. Felt worse than any college bed. -A few stains were still lingering on the walls in different parts of the unit. -One electric outlet was missing a cover. -TV power cable covers was stripped off the wall. -The bathroom shower door is coming off the hinge. -The laundry door is tight, making it harder to open. -There was a leftover cleaning wipe in the bathroom as part of the plant.

This property has a lot of amenities from the gym, outdoor patio spaces, pool area, refillable water dispensers, little nooks and crannies to sit, work or read quietly. Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine.
