★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

We loved this property for our family and pups! Well kept and super close to the lake for walking and outdoor activities. Our host was quick and responsive to questions during the reservation process and our family enjoyed the amenities, including the availability of several hand made trinkets and mementos for purchase!
