Staff was kind. However, the hotel smelled like weed so if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect

The property needs major overhauls. Our first room had grout chipping from the floor, caulking chipping from shower walls and toilet was not secure to the floor. Furniture was worn had holes and dings and dents. They changed our room for us, but it wasn't much better. Shower heads full of oxidation. Cellphone service was horrible inside this location in some spots and good in others. The "free" wi-fi was slower than dial-up. The "double" beds are smaller than my kids' double beds at home. Some comforters had holes. There were spider webs on ceilings and a general musky smell. While the day manager was somewhat helpful, the rest of the staff either had zero knowledge about hotel operations or customer service, or didn't seem to care. Elevator was very slow.

Minimalist but, we stay here because of proximity & cost.

Nice quiet hotel. Decent free breakfast. Comfortable room. Only major complaint is that the wifi throughout the hotel sucked. Very poor strength. Stayed here 2 years ago with the same problem. Complained but hasn't improved.

We were very happy with the Comfort Suites on Lake Ray Hubbard. The room was very large with a separate seating area. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and included good scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as waffles, pastries, and the usual stuff. The staff was polite and helpful and parking was easy. There was a cart at the door to help with luggage. We stayed for three nights and thought it was worth the extra drive from Mesquite to have a nice place to return to each evening. There was a nice view of the lake from all of the rooms on one side of the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a lot of traffic on I-30 for the last mile or two getting to the hotel, and we had to get on I-30 to go across the first bridge to get to the hotel.

When you see the outside it kind of makes you rethink your staying there but once on the inside it's very nice, the staff are very friendly, the rooms were clean, peaceful, and bed very comfortable. The view from our room was really beautiful, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or just anyone

Friendly staff, clean hotel that is close to hooping. It is easily accessible to the highway.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very professional and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of options.

Pics are a lot nicer than what it really is... They should post actual pics of the place

The lobby has been update so when you walk in it's nice but when it comes to the room they need to work on housekepping. The room had a smell and when my dog went under the bed we found a cup of urine under the bed that had been under there for some time because it had spider webs on it. the restrrom had mold in the shower and sink area.

Booked a trip for my brother to go to practice with a hitting coach. Great location and room. Gave him that at home feeling so he was well rested every day.

What a treasure this place is. I've stayed here a few times and the staff is always gracious, courteous and professional. The rooms are large, clean and modern. While you're right on the interstate we never experienced any highway noise. The hot breakfast in the morning was simple, but good. You can even make your own waffles, which were pretty delicious. Biscuits, sausage and scrabbled eggs to make sausage biscuits (like McDonalds), danish, bagels, english muffins and dry cereal rounded out the breakfast.

Room was nice and clean, air conditioning worked great. Location next to the highway and local restaurants was very nice.

The view was great. Sandra at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. THe bed was comfortable & made for a good nights sleep.

We were in town for a friends wedding. The beds were very comfortable, sheets, pillows, all were very comfy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was a little dirty, the lower level of the hotel was under renovation. The pool was a wreck, the water was not clean, though they did provide clean towels. We had to ask the desk clerk to unlock the chained gait at 9:30, though the pool was open at 7am. This Comfort Suites definitely did not compare in quality to other less expensive CS that we've stayed in. The free breakfast was good, had a great variety, and may have helped the offset of the price of the hotel stay. I did not think the hotel was worth $100/night (hotel plus taxes).

This hotel needy some fixing and cleaning. It looked old and dingy.
