They tried to charge me for the room even though it was already paid. When I checked out, they charged for the room....again.... I had to call them multiple times to get it fixed. The manager has a horrible attitude and constantly yells at the employees. I saw different employees CRYING each day. outside of that the hotel is nice. But monitor your bank account because they act like they can just charge people 3 times for a room.

A few issues, but very clean

This hotel was clean, however, they had a plumbing problem. My husband took his coffee to our room and dumped what he didn’t drink out. The coffee grounds wouldn’t go down the sink. The bathtub made a horrible noise when draining. The door to the room is extremely hard to close. The rooms were clean. I called down to the front desk to say the sink wouldn’t drain and the desk couldn’t hear me. I called 3x and gave up. I thought it was awesome that someone came to our room to see what we needed. We would stay here again, but hope that the plumbing issue was fixed by then.

The location was near the freeway and the airport (Dallas Love). The morning drive to the airport was simple and stress free. I was only in the hotel for one night so I didn't find anything I didn't like. The area around the hotel seemed a little bit sketchy but it was in the middle of Dallas so I kinda expected that.

Awesome place to stay. Great hotel, great people!!

Very nice, Paris was incredible. Great customer service we had to leave b4 breakfast and they prepared us a goodie bag so we could eat something. Sheila the manager was great to. We decided to book another night on our return flight. Highly recommend this hotel!
