Wrong room

This is the second time we have had a disappointing stay. The first time they told us we could pay with a different card on check out and then charged the wrong card the night before we checked out. When we tried to get this fixed the guy on the desk was rude and dismissive. This last trip we booked a king bed with accessible tub for my husband. We were given a room with a queen bed and no tub. Also the room was dirty. Very disappointing and also meant my husband had no access to bathe. Would not recommended and cannot believe we had to pay more for a room that we never got.

The rooms are clean and well kept. The only problem was check in. It took about 20 minutes and the poor girl the was checking us in was slammed and there was no one helping her. Kudos to her as she never stopped smiling and being polite the entire time with everyone !
