The staffs were friendly and always greeted me. Breakfast was decent. Only thing I didn't like was that hotel system declined my debit card and credit card but when I booked through Orbitz my card went through. Hotel may need to check up on their system.

Hotel is on going a renovation. We weren't told that so was the room. Its AC controls didn't work, some light fixtures weren't yet finished and/or connected, phones didn't work and it was hot in the room.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. We didn't know the area and the provided us with gps maps to At & t Stadium and back to DFW Airport. Will definitely come back.

Slightly above average. Good breakfast. Good for a few nights.

The hotel is nice, however the evening customer service could be more responsive.

This is a nice Holiday Inn Express for a lower rate however the rate paid (located in supposedly a premium area) dictated a nicer hotel. Rooms were nice enough. Bed was comfortable and the room had amenities for the business traveler but we had difficulty keeping the room cool enough. The biggest issue we had was the fact that the so called "free" breakfast was taken up and cleared all by 10:05am on a Sunday morning. Given this was a continental breakfast consisting of pastries and packaged Nutrigrain bars we were unsure why that could not be left out for those of us who slept in a bit on Sunday. Our suggestion would be to leave those items out for the taking until just before check-out time.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Prairie over Easter Weekend. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. We enjoyed a nice hot breakfast each morning with plenty of choices. The staff was courteous and friendly. The place was right off the I-20 freeway, but had a nice buffer of trees to keep our room nice and quiet. This will be our choice for future stays when we visit our family in Grand Prairie in the future.

Great location,we went to a football game at cowboy stadium, only 15 min. away. They had a wonderful free breakfast every morning, and free cookies and popcorn Mon. - Thurs. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room had a small refrigerator, and a microwave, so any leftovers from resturants, we brought back to room for later snacks. We stayed 5 nights, great resturants, grocery stores, etc. right there. I still miss the warm cinnamon rolls. Room very clean, the only thing I'd change would be to either raise the TV or lower the bed. The bed was very comfy, and the TV above average.Would stay there again, and highly recommend it ! Roll Tide, Jo Lynn Taylor

Very clean and relaxing. Very close to restaurants and concert we attended

Clean and the usual amnenities of a HI Express. Seems a good middle ground between economy and premium hotels in the area. A little hard to find since it's on the back corner of a shopping center. Not a problem to get to but you have to know it's around the corner. Another sign might be helpful.

Our overall experience was very good. The amenities were good, and I like that we got free water bottles, which doesn't seem like much but most hotels charge 3 to 5 dollars for a bottle which is outrageous! the only things that was a little drawback was the outside noise and being close to the door people entered in. Otherwise great experience and would come again.

We stayed here for the Rangers game. It is about 15 minutes away. The hotel is great, we are priority club members so we got a little goodie bag with snacks upon arrival. They have an outdoor pool that looked nice enough, but we didnt use it. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, not the best I have ever had but very good. There was eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cinnamon buns, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels and more! We would definitely stay again!

was there for dallas game. location between ft worth and dallas worked well. very nice, clean , friendly. good value

The room had everything that you needed, the location had good access to Dallas/Fortworth. Breakfst was excellent.

liked the location close to interstate and near lots of activities. We did have a strange noise that was coming from below us and occured on and off through the night. room 201

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was very pleasent experience. The staff were freindly, the breakfast was good. Also you get alot of compliementry items. Such as free bottles of water, fresh popped popcorn, and coffee. The hotel and rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Supermarket and restauraunts in very short walking distance.

Just stopping through on the way to a funeral. For an overnight stay I thought it was a little overpriced but as a single woman staying by myself I felt very safe there. Convenient to several eating places. All the staff I encountered were very friendly & helpful from the maintenance man to the desk clerk to the breakfast staff. Check in was a little slow but clerk was very nice! A little hard to find but well worth it!

I visited the metroplex to visit with friends and family. I enjoyed being able to return each evening to a clean room and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the free brekfast each morning. The hotel is surrounded by many different places to eat and find entertainment...within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. The beds were sufficiently firm and the room was very clean. The hotel was airy, light and well lit all day, so it felt safe and welcoming. We liked that we could get good coffee and tea any time during the day- that was a nice amenity. The directions to the hotel were confusing and the entrance was not clearly indicated from the highway. It took as several passes by to find the entrance. Better directions would help as we needed to turn into a shopping center off a main road and drive behind the stores to find the hotel. We would stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times, and they have always met our expectations. The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, great towels, and it was quiet at night. There were plenty of choices on the complimentary breakfast buffet. Being right off I-20 makes it accessible to anywhere you might want to go. We will continue to stay here on our visits to this area.
