Very poorly maintained and obvious that this home is not privately owned. The property company does not take pride in inspecting and keeping everyday use items safe, working, & maintained, much less the place looking nice. The door code did not work when we arrived at 3:00 so they were likely late changing the code. When we did get in the first things noticed were the main living room area rug severely rolled on the edges in a main walking area creating a tripping hazard AND a couch that had masking tape on it saying "don't sit" (had a broken leg). Other issues were the master bedroom door and garage entry door did not latch so would not stay closed, a bathroom vanity hot water did not turn on at all, 2 dining chairs with legs very loose and easily could just break if sat on, ceiling fan remote did not work leaving fan basically unusable, light bulbs out, bedside lamp not working, toilet paper and paper towel holders coming off the walls, broken shelving, and several holes in wall from door knobs. I was told that they depend on their guests to let them know when something needs attention, but there is an awful lot of issues for previous guests to not have said anything....or the cleaning crew? There was an offer for the maint man to come on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay, but no offer of any compensation with all of the unsafe and non-working items. Kitchen bowls, pans, utensils for cooking were bare minimum but we made due. The house was clean so they get 2 stars.
