I had booked a room with TWO beds back in February and we my daughter and I arrived, the room we were given only had a kingsized bed. When I showed the clerk my reservation, he apologized and said they'd have to move some people around like it was a big hassle. Well, we got the room with two beds and it was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The showerhead did not flow well at all, and the tile was cracked. Otherwise it was ok. As for the free breakfast, don't bother. The employees were rude, the food was cold so we ended up eating at the airport.

Toilet kept stopping up. Convenient to the amusement parks in the area.

The hotel was good enough. I expected a little bit nicer, but it was still good. Free breakfast was great. I wish they offered vending machines and kept the coffee out all day.

Amazing Hotel, loved it! Friendly staff, gorgeous inside

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My boyfriend and I flew down from nyc for the Cowboys game. The hotel is in a great location-- 10 minutes from the stadium and 25 minutes from downtown Dallas. The staff was so friendly and recommended great restaurants. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast had great options too. I will be coming back!

The hotel was clean. The view was great. You could see AT&T stadium and Six Flags from our room. It was close to the freeway. Very convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay AWESOME.

The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. The 24 hour cafe/bar was helpful upon arriving later in the evening. The room was well appointed and the employees were friendly and helpful.

I loved how inviting the hotel is when you walk in. It smelled very fresh, decorated nice. Our room was clean in appearance, but did not care for the smell, it smelled old, damp or maybe needed a cleaner mop. I wished it smelled nice as the lobby did, something to consider! Bed nice and comfy, nice size room but no tub, as a woman that's a big deal if it was longer than over night, and there was no microwave, but a refrigerator. Would stay again nice staff.

Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Went for Alabama football game, we were pleased with the proximity to the stadium and other attractions.

The hotel staff are helpful and resourceful. Their breakfast was really nice considering it comes with the room rate. We will definitely go back.

I think the price could've been a little better. I'm guessing because there was a football game the prices were a little high. Hotel was nice but the bathroom was a little too cramped. Not much room between the toilet and door. Also the elevator needs some serious work. It took a while to either come down or go up and it was very shaky. It kind of felt like it was going to break at any minute. Other than that it was a good stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable we had friends that stay too on a different floor and had the same problem. We all woke up with our backs hurting and toss and turn all night. This was disappointing. Breakfast was ok but we was serve powder eggs that wasn't a delight. The staff was amazing

My husband and I stayed there for a short getaway for our 5 year anniversary. We spent one night going to a nice restaurant to eat, then laid at the pool all day the next day before attending a Ranger's game. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Only two complaints...the shuttle quits running early, and the air conditioner never made the room feel cold, comfortable, but no good sleeping cold. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast and cookies from the snack bar were yummy too:)

My stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, & has a wonderful view. The staff was very polite.

Overall, the hotel as a whole was OK - but were disappointed to arrive at 3 p.m., and be told that NO rooms were available. (Not just our room, but ALL rooms!) So, along with MANY other customers, we had to wait - in our case almost an entire hour before we could check in. Then, on Sunday night, after spending all day with our Uncle who was in Hospice, we arrived exhausted, only wanting to get cleaned up and go to bed. We soon discovered that our sink didn't drain. When we called to express our concern, we were told we could either change rooms, since there was no one in the hotel that could do the necessary maintenance, and as this is at 10 p.m. at night - you can imagine we did NOT want to do this after the emotionally draining day we had already experienced or they could send someone to fix it in the morning - when we were checking out and leaving. Neither were acceptable, so we just said to come in the morning.

Brandon at the front was very helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty... Room clean, bed comfortable.

It was a nice place to stay. Priced very fairly for the area and was a great price especially for a business trip. We would stay here again. Only draw back is that there is not a restaurant with in walking distance.

Hotel fit my travels needs perfectly. Would definitely saty here again

Hotel is very clean, service is great and the breakfast was awesome! Would definately recommend this hotel!
