The mattress on the bed was awful. My husband and I did not sleep well on them. He has back issues and the mattress did not help. I understand you can accommodate everyone, but it was very lumpy and low.

We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights and no one didn’t attempt to clean my rooms or ask if we needed towels or anything. However, the cleaning crew was outside of our door and asked were we leaving ? We replied, “No we are here for 2 nights.” Our rooms were not together and I was not happy about that as well causing my husband to have to stay in a separate room. We booked here again because our last stay here was amazing but this time I was not happy. Not sure if we will be staying again.
