The room was disgusting and should not be available to the public until updated. I had not choice but to stay there because of my late check in and the major football game happening in the city. I have photos to share the bad experience.

Overall good stay but failed to get excellent.

Overall this was good place to stay. Very clean, bice rooms and breakfsat was good. What failed for me to give an excellent rating was security. At some point the hotel issued a room key to another guest or hotel staff attempted to enter my room at 1am while i was sleeping. This is a serious security issue as this could have ended badly.

The bathroom shower was extremely molded and rusted. Stains on the sofa and through the carpet. During my stay I asked for linen for the sofa bed and it never came, so I called again and the front said “I thought you were coming to get it”. I was never advices to come down, poor communication.

My truck was stolen on on oct 1st and hotel management was not helpful at all... it took them 27hrs to hand over the camera footage to the police dept... robberies have been a re occuring thing on that hotel...so b careful

I will never stay at this chain nor particular hotel again. The dirtiest hotel I’ve e er stayed at. Room smelled SO BAD!!! First night, a couple tried getting into our room at 1:30AM - 2AM!! I can’t remember the time exactly, I was half sleep. But they were attempting to get in our room. The FRONT DESK person working that night assigned them the room. Had not a clue it was occupied!!! I woke up and opened the door while the couple stood there apologizing. I went up to the front desk obviously angry. All while she was on the phone with a coworker about the situation (Kim)… not once did she apologize or even acknowledge the situation with me. I still need to contact the manager about this situation. Manager not on duty on the weekends! The situation totally unsafe. I had children in the room as well. That could had been a very bad situation IF a couple variables were different. Back to the room, floors stained, walls stained, sheets stained, furniture stained - everything filthy. Bathroom nasty. The property needs an upgrade. I was really disgusted. Again, room smelled HORRIBLE!!! We only needs to stay 2 nights. Thank goodness. Breakfast was BAD!!! They are so cheap. Super watered down juices in the morning. Every guest complained during breakfast time about it. It was well known both mornings. But no one cares. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Convenient location. But not worth it. Stay elsewhere.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. Cold coffee - had to heat it on the microwave! How does that even happen? Eggs, sausage room temperature. Apple and orange juice diluted with no flavor. We think it must have been an inexperienced person handling it.
