Stayed here a few times recently but I think this week be my last time facility really isn't what I had come to expect. Fridge didn't work, no emergency maintenance support pipe burst couldn't take a shower for 2 days. Computer errors caused me and my family to switch rooms, after booking and waiting hours to get into my room. Staff is friendly but over worked and short handed. I could go on but it's just making the experience worse. Let's not even talk about the no towels or toilet paper.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hamptons Inn Suits by Hilton. The staff hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the best from any other hotel I've stayed. I love varieties and options. I did not like being on the 2nd floor where the renovation was being conducted. It was a good thing we did not sleep in and had somewhere to go because the noise would've been unbearable. However, I will definitely return on my next trip to Dallas.
Pricy and noisy construction early in the morning. Should have been told about this BEFORE BOOKING! Could not sleep in because of the noise.
Mike and Alex at the front desk during the evening were such a pleasure to talk while we were checking in at night. Patrick helped me out in the morning and I really appreciated the staff going out of their way to help me. A++ service and staff!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was very relaxing. The staff provided us with a to go bag when we left extremely early in the morning. The front desk clerk, Joe, also called to ensure our room was satisfactory. We will stay here again.
Booked with orbitz. Kind of late. Of course you pay up front. When I arrived the man working said they were completely booked. This man went above and beyond for me to get me a room cleaned while being the only one there and dealing with other customers. Can’t ask for any better kind of customer service.
Reception staff are wonderful and our room was very large and clean.
Good location for anyone needing a waypoint on their way to southern Texas via 35E in Dallas. We stayed there one night to break up the drive to San Antonio with our kids. Good breakfast selection, indoor pool, and reasonable rates.
Enjoyed the hotel after a long day at the Texas State Fair. Unfortunately, the patrons made an absolute mess of the complimentary breakfast. Many kids, eggs everywhere, most of the food was gone, checked multiple times. Ended up going out for breakfast. A shame as it is one of the amenities I usually enjoy about the Hampton Inns.

We enjoyed Dallas and the Desoto area. Rode the rides at Six Flags and visited family. Everyday was fun filled and we enjoyed each night in our beautiful suite. Spacious room and comfortable bed. All of the amenities you could as for. Thanks Hampton Suites!!
My experience at this hotel was one of the best I've had at a hotel. From the room to the staff, everything was wonderful and first class! Will definately stay here everytime I travel to the Dallas area.
