The home was clean and had everything that my family and I needed for our stay. The Host was professional and responded quickly to my concerns. I would recommend this home for any future stays.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

HORRIBLE never going backStacyAnn Carter knew we wanted to check in a little early. We were all going to a wedding in Waxahachie at 5:00. About 20- minutes away. She messaged me Friday AM that they had someone rent for 1 nigh. It all depended on what time the house would be cleaned and ready. We all arrived together around 3:50. She still had not sent me the door code. So, I called her. The housekeeper was still there drying towels, and we could get in around 4:10. The housekeeper’s car was parked in the garage. Which I found strange. When the housekeeper finally left. We entered the house from the garage. I realized only later that was a HUGE mistake. We all hurried got ready and attempted to leave. We could not get the front door locked with the keypad. I called Stacy Ann again asking her how to lock the door. This was at 4:26pm. She gave us directions. It still would not lock. She told me repeatedly on the phone how she’s never had issues with the keypad. I asked one of the guys in our party to lock the door from the inside and come out of the garage. Not the saftest, but it was the only solution.We arrived back the VRBO at 10:20. The keypad would not light up and was not working. Please keep in mind we left the house at 4:20. It’s not 10:20. Stacy Ann was aware of the issues we were having and did NOTHING. She had 6 hours to look into why the door keypad was not working and did NOTHING.
