Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas was as hospitable as any hotel at which I've stayed in the United States. The service was impeccable everywhere in the hotel. From check-in to check-out, my satisfaction was what mattered to the hotel.
We went to Las Colinas for a corporate meeting for the first time on four years, and it is so superior to the other venues utilized. It is everything expected of a Four Seasons Resort. The staff, the facilities, the rooms, the restaurants, and the terrific golf all make for a fantastic experience. We hope to return on a regular basis.
Of the many Four Seasons properties I have stayed at this one is my least favorite. The property is showing its age and the staff was not it normal peak performance. Check in was a mess, given a map and basically told to find my room in an outer building hundreds of yards away from main lobby.
A wonderful property with a matching experience. The fires on the patio were perfect for a cool evening's conversation. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. I also felt welcomed by the main desk staff. They made my arrival very personal.
Perfect for annual banking conference that includes both networking, social and business while feeling less than stressed as you do most conferences. Easy to get to and from the airport, downtown and golf on site makes for an ideal Texas business locale.
The Four Seasons in Las Colinas is the place to stay. The service and hospitality is amazing as well as the rooms. The pool is awesome and so is the restaurant Law- great food and entertainment. Whether you go to the bar, the restaurant or just hang out around the fire pits outside, it's so relaxing. Again, the service is amazing!
We just returned from the Four Seasons Resort in Dallas as we celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. Everything was FABULOUS!! Rachel was wonderful in the planning process. She had spa treatments and golf lessons arranged. She helped with dinner reservations at LAW and off site. LAW was fantastic. We had great food and service. Our room was 207, a Villa room. Everything was perfect in the room. Nice fire pit outside overlooking the 18th green. Grace and Matt were wonderful at the lobby bar. Great Manhattan! My wife loved her day at the Spa. We'll be back soon!
Was hosting a Gala at the location. Event coordinators were awesome. Said in a guest room for the night and they made my family feel at home. I have a 15 month old son and they had some toys available for him to play with. Treated my wife to a massage that was also good for her. Thank you
Not my 1st time at this property but the simple things they do separate themselves from the rest. Rooms are very clean and well appointed, staff is always smiling and willing to help and the food....great. I like the wood burning pit out front that leaves a great smell in the air.
My wife and I spent three nights at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas with our two sons (8 and 6) over Easter weekend. What an absolutely spectacular resort and what an incredible staff. First, the resort. We were treated to a villa that gave our family a little extra room during our stay. The room was impeccable and enormous, offered a beautiful view of the 18th green from our back patio, and even offered an outdoor fireplace where we sat each night after the kids went to sleep. The two pools at the resort gave us plenty of options for the boys to swim, the fitness center is well-appointed and convenient, and the property is magnificent and maintained to the standards you'd expect from a luxury resort. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail are evident throughout, right down to the resort-wide scavenger hunt that allowed our 8 year-old son to explore the property. What a clever idea. Our kids might have been a little too old for the kids club, because they didn't totally love it, but that was a small price to pay in order for the two of us to have a short dinner on the patio. The fireplace and live music combined to make for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. We were incredibly pleased - almost shocked - at the value for the money. The cost of our stay was comparable to other, less desirable hotels in the Dallas area. And here's an insider tip: there is a shopping plaza located within walking distance of the resort. We picked up a few essentials (okay, booze) that we were able to enjoy during those evenings by the fireplace. But what really sets this resort apart is the staff. I sincerely thought someone made a mistake and told the staff that we were VIPs, celebrities, or professional travel reviewers. Everyone, but most especially Rachel Curliss of the Concierge staff, went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one. There were Easter baskets waiting for the boys in our room, one night we found a S'mores kit for the kids to use with the outdoor fireplace, and Rachel even went out of her way to contact us before our arrival to suggest a different room that would better accommodate our family. I travel a fair amount, but it is not an exaggeration to say that I have never been treated this well at a hotel in my entire life. We don't get to travel to luxury resorts like this very often, so we came in with pretty high expectations, but we were simply blown away. For a luxury getaway in Texas, you cannot do better than this resort. Our thanks again to Rachel and all of the staff for treating our family to such a memorable Easter weekend.
