The staff and property are always welcoming. Luxurious but not fussy. Attentive and courteous. I love this property. My business dinner was private and met individual needs as well as preferences. Arrival and departure was effortless.
Great location for a local romantic get away. Amazing spa and facilities. Staff go out of their way to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable and clean. This is a luxury resort and therefor not an inexpensive experience.
The premises in this hotel were very convenient, specially the bars and the service inside of these. I enjoyed the neatness of the bedrooms and the attended services that y'all provide for the guests.
Staff was rude when asked questions about property and the room had a dried liquid on the walls. Was a business trip service comparable to Motel 6. Trip didn't cost me any money and still would have preferred to just not have gone next time my company has a retreat to this location I will not be participating.
This hotel/ resort was a wonderful introduction to the Four Seasons brand. It was HUGE but it didn't feel too massive. There was plenty to do and I just wish I'd had more time to take it all in. It's a beautiful place and with the level of professional service and austere beauty, the price is worth it.
Really enjoyed my stay for a conference. The pro shop staff were super helpful and the gym was superb! I would definitely attend or book a meeting here in the future. Also, very close to some great restaurants if you want to get off campus, sort of speak!
Excellent place to stay. Beautiful environment, beautiful room and so so comfortable. I would stay there in a heart beat again. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. The food was excellent as was the service from housekeeping to front desk. We so enjoyed the stay.
My daughters (ages 7 & 11) have vacationed at Four Seasons Las Colinas for the past 3 years and every time we are treated like family! The staff goes above and beyond in every area of the resort. We especially love the pools and the newly renovated fitness area- WOW!! It's definitely worth checking out the new ammenities offered at the Spa and Fitness Center! My daughters never run out of fun and memorable things to do here! Fantastic place to make family memories!
Nice big comfy bed , with a huge selection of bed pillows.. nice not having to call for extra pillows.... very clean room... restaurant offered a nice array of food available for in room dining... ( black angus burger was incredible) very quiet at nighttime ... recommend highly !
The stay vacation with my 3 young kids was perfect. I live local and yet I felt I left Dallas and went on a mini trip. The family pool and fun children's activities kept my boys busy all day long. They didn't want to leave the resort. We loved the sand near the pool too. What a great idea for little ones! We had the outdoor BBQ and movie night.
