A colleague & I stayed here attending a seminar. With one exception the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and all of the food and drinks were exceptional. However, I must caution, there is one concierge who provided outrageously inappropriate advice. The incident occurred because my Fitbit battery died. I inquired at gift shop as to if they carried. I was referred to concierge. The woman proceeded to tell me that closest place to buy a battery is the Target. She explained it is at least a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride each way! I was incredulous and again asked whether any type of store closer than a 15 minute taxi ride. She said maybe the Walgreens is a minute or two closer. She wrote address on paper & stapled business card & told me “if taxi will not wait call hotel & we will send another to get you”. I walked away shaking my head in disbelief that I would need to spend more in taxi fare than my Fitbit cost just to replace battery!!! Fortunately, Matt (at front desk) asked me if anything was wrong & could he help me. I explained I need a battery & that I find it hard to believe nothing closer than 15+ minutes via taxi! He told me there is a Tom Thumb a 3 minute walk out the back door & said let me call them 1st & confirm the battery you need is in stock. It was & I had a pleasant 2 minute walk & purchased my battery & a few other items. Thank you Matt!!!

Mine was a short stay but a thoroughly enjoyable one. Great room, friendly staff, lovely grounds and modern facilities! Really hope to come again, next time with leisure being the sole focus. Many thanks for making it a great stay.

Stayed at hotel for business seminar. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the service was very good. I also had the opportunity to play TPC Las Colinas golf course which is next to the Four Seasons Resort, which was very nice and challenging.

Could of had more food. Convenience items available Restaurants were not open early Only one available People & Staff were very friendly. Layout was easy to navigate. Golf course and fitness facility were top notch.

We hosted a wedding ceremony and reception here, and it was perfect. The amenities were great; the food was delicious; the coordinator who worked with us to plan our wedding was amazing. The staff made us feel very special, and the facility is designed well for guests to enjoy the wedding and the entire weekend. It is close to the airport, too. The lobby and spa and work out room are so nice. And thI golf course is great!

We visit the four seasons frequently as residents of the area, either to stay, eat, relax, or to celebrate. No matter what the occasion, this resort has the four seasons experience down to an art. Even when we are not guests of the hotel they greet us with excellence, make our afternoon or evening special, and even comment on our social media posts by thanking us for spending time with them. This has become our go-to place to get away from it all. Not to mention, once you enter the property, the hustle and bustle of the city melts away into a well-established luxury retreat to recharge, and unwind. If you are by the pool when the cabana bars are open, you have got to try the frozen rose. You won't regret it.

My visit was for a work related function, but I would love to bring the family for a few days of escape. Don't go to Las Colinas as a home base to sight see or visit from. Go to immerse yourself in relaxation. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed and the grounds are beautiful and serene. The food was delicious, the bar cozy and warm. My stay was only overnight, but hopefully the next time can be longer.

Traveling to Dallas for a destination wedding was made more pleasurable by the care and attention to detail by the staff at the FS Dallas. We travel a lot and have had experiences that were less than advertised, yet the FS lived up to expectations.check in was flawless, the restaurant service and food quality superb. The rooms were remodeled and modern. The golf course was pristine. After the wedding we were attending we were off to the FS Lanai, the staff boxed our luggage and sent them home in a fast and professional manner. When we visit Dallas again, we will only stay here!

From start to finish, great experience. Bedding is amazing and the staff was there for every need. Kyle, the bartender made amazing drinks which helped us unwind at the end of the day and the pool staff was great!

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent service. The Law restaurant and Outlaw bar are great. The pool area is also nice. The golf coiurse is incredible, I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel, I know I am planning to return.
