The elevator door makes a very loud noise closing and opening

Continital breakfast was amazing however in room 108 the rain outside dripped right onto the outside portion of the AC unit causing a constant tapping all night long. Should be an easy fix if looking into.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Great location for six flags. I would stay again!

Very loud party going on the top floor and nothing was done about it. It was not the female staffs fault totally put the blame on owners for not having security or extra male staff to handle situations that come up like that.

Hotel was ok. Customer service was lacking. Had 4 in the room but was never supplied with more than only 3 towels and rags. No "Do Not Disturb" was provided and when requested for one, wasn't given one. Got woke up by Mardi service 2 hours prior to when we needed to be woken up.

This is a great location. Close to the stadiums, Six Flags, great shipping and restaurants. The people at the front desk weren't great though. The lady running the place when we checked in didn't know how to swipe credit cards in the machine. The two times we called, we got very little help. The room was OK but there were lots of updates needed through out the hotel and based on how much they charged each night, it should be top notch and it isn't. Overall, not bad but I'd stay somewhere else next time.

My experience was fine at the hotel. But at $339 per night before taxes and fees it was way overpriced.

There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel, so you could not use any of the side doors. This made for a long walk since there was only parking left in the back of the hotel. Other than the construction and the mess it was a nice place to stay.

This hotel was a great location for us as we watched our son compete. The bed was extremely comfortable and very relaxing. It was located next to good eating establishments.
