Though when you walk in it's very nice. At check in we were told that our room.would not be cleaned during our stay and if we needed towels to come down. Once we got to our room it was okay however upon checking everything there were no towels so we had to go back down stairs. Mind you I got a suite with full kitchen but there was no pots and pans silverware plates cups nothing we had to back downstairs to get a disgusting pot and pan and one cooking spoon paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery. We went to pool they have no chairs and when we came back in we asked for towels and were told we can get towels after 5pm and when we went back after 5 we were told to get towels in morning. The hotel is nice but service is horrible

It was not a bad experience until I found a roach in the bathroom sink. The floor was sticky and when I took a shower, my feet were black from the dirty floors. Other than that, it was good for the price. I just needed a place to sleep.

Some of the staff was helpful, not all. Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us.
