I stayed here in 2024 with no issue but my last stay in June 2025 was one of my worse experiences. Room 417 is infested with bedbugs and spiders. I had several bites, so bad I woke up at 3am with a severe allergic reaction (swollen tongue, red all over and trouble breathing). Had to use and epi-pen so I did not die and was transported to the emergency room. I had bites on my legs, arms, right hand and a large spider bite behind my left ear. I have never had an issue before and have travelled worldwide. I average 50+ nights a year in hotels for my business travels. Thankfully I was okay but I haven’t received my bill for medical services. I think that was my last stay ever at an IHG property. I would stay clear of this property. On the positive side the onsite staff and management was very friendly and concerned about the situation. Corporate replied with some generic “stay with us again” email when I messaged them about my experience.

Is was ok or average.

The stay was okay. We had a suite and is comfortable. Goods things: the room, its pleasant with a kitchenette and full size fridge that made ice. Cleanness: it could have been better. They is noone serving the room unless your staying more than seven days. There is no complimentary breakfast but because ofcthe style of the room I would stay again so over all its worth your money to stay at this hotel.

They didn’t have clean towels when I asked for more, when I got there I paid for the all days I reserved plus the deposit that is normal in any hotel but before I left they charge me more money. I gave two stars because the place was clean and is new.
