Staff are extremely rude. BTW. If you decide to stay here, be on notice they immediately threaten you with a $250 to $500 fine for smoking or vaping inside the hotel. They explained they have advanced smoke and vape detection devices to catch you smoking or vaping. Being a non smoker, this didn't affect me. However it was hilarious the folks in the room next to me smoked Marijuana the entire 2 nights we were there. Stunk up their room, our room, the hallway, etc. Guess those advance smoke detectors dont work so well. Also, the hallways were hot and I noticed the AC units were unplugged. The mini-fridge didn't get cold, 1 of the 2 ac units barely worked, the couch was the most uncomfortable thing in history. Called the front desk for some information and the front desk lady was rude and hung up on me. Don't stay here.

This stay was sincerely horrible. From the front desk staff being less than friendly upon arrival to the lack of basic amenities (booked a room for four people, got two bath towels and were told they were out of towels so two would have to do), to stains on a blanket and the couch, it was a miserable trip. The room was large so that was nice.
The couch was old and dirty, the 1bd suite was super dark, there was only one desk lamp and an entry light for the living room. The ceiling had a huge water stain and looked moldy in the living room, there was also a smaller water stain on the bedroom ceiling as well. (We tried to get more lights or another room but they were completely booked according to the front desk) The cleaning staff was overworked and complained every time we asked for more towels or anything and our room keys reset and didn’t work every single morning and had to get fixed every single morning. Never gonna stay at La Quinta again because of this experience.
Staff was cold and didn’t care, ask questions and had no idea of what is going on at the hotel or surrounding areas, we are older and got this room because they had a hot tub witch we want after a day out but it was out of order we where there for five days and managers said it would be available in one day they never got available for use, no coffee available most of the time, homeless people outside not a nice place
It was clean and staff very friendly.
Great price and very convenient to area dining, shopping and entertainment.

When asked for towels we had to go down and get them, or we where told by front desk to go look for a house keeper our selfs and ask for some towels.

Hello Mark and thank you so much for the review. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. We do not threaten anyone with a fine, we are a 100% non smoking hotel, and the registration card you signed has a place to initial stating there would be a fine of 250 if there is smoking in the rooms, and goes on to state that vaping can set off the smoke alarm in the room. Anyone smoking marijuana in the hotel will have the Bedford police called on them and they are removed from the property. If you would have let us know that you were unhappy with your room, we would have gladly corrected any issues or moved you to a different room. Again, I am so very sorry that you were not happy. I will get with our team and make sure these issues do not happen again.

We had a room to move you into but it was not the two room suite you wanted, we only have a limited number of the 2 room suite.
