Hotel was right off the highway in Market Center. Very comfortable.
The hotel staff is very rude did not want to vive back the cash deposit, the room was dirty and with a bad smell eventhough it was nonsmoking,
Bathroom are bad. There is no house keeping to clean room at time of stay
This hotel is on the side of a freeway; a car is required to go anywhere, there is no shopping available at walking distance. The only breakfast provided by the hotel was coffee or tea; I never found anything else to eat.
To say that this hotel is a great value is not true. It is basically an apartment building with lovely little L shaped apartments featuring a complete small kitchen that includes a full sized fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher. Don't expect to get any daily "hotel room type" services, like shampoo and other toiletries, having your bed made or the room cleaned, fresh towels every day, etc. They did have soap, but I recommend you bring that as well, it was awful. Think of it as staying at a friend's apartment while he is out of town. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the TV has few channels (by today's standards) and did not feature any HD channels, but they have free Wifi so be sure to bring an HDMI cable so you can watch HD channels using your laptop. Definitely a great place to stay if you need to be at the DMC or other convention buildings in that area, about an $8-$10 UBER ride.
was an okay hotel a weird neighborhood, hard to find close places to eat
the staff was friendly and courteous the room smelled of smoke although we had a nonsmoking room no ice machine on the floor no kitchen utensils in the room
Spacious rooms with great staff. Location was a little difficult considering where I was going. Room was comfortable andclean.
Okay location very nice and helpful staff. Decent continental breakfast. Location is a busy commercial area, but straight drive to downtown Dallas.
Our first room the window was broken and did not shut, secondly my son turned the heater on and the fire alarm in the building sounded and our ac nor heater never worked again, after changing rooms we were somewhat more satisfied but overall we were not happy with the accomodations.
Although I left two days early on my reservation (simply didn't need the extra days) and can't get a refund per policy I am very happy with this hotel. Located just off a major highway and MINUTES to downtown in virtually no traffic in most rush hour times it was very helpful to me as I had never been to this area. The room was clean, had two microwaves (not sure why), bathroom was a nice size, shower head was nice and water pressure was good too. Nice TV, bed slept well, and I felt safe here (single mid-30s female). The staff was really nice though sometimes they didn't answer the phone at the front desk and almost always required to ring the bell for service. One desk clerk told me she would bring my kitchen utensils/pots and pans, etc. another when I called had me come get them. Pool and work out room (small) seemed nice though I didn't get a chance to use them. Really a great stay overall for the price, I would go back for convenience and reliability.
Thought we had a room with a king bed, came to find out this was not true upon arrival. The hotel claimed they have not king beds in their entire hotel.
it is a good option if looking into a cheap lodging located around the Market Center. Downtown Dallas is almost 4.5 miles and the public transportation is not great. However, the stay was fine if you are just looking for sleeping and do not need a fancy room or specific amenities. Charge for cleaning the room daily.
The carpet was very dirty. No shampoo in the room, you have to get it from front desk. Wouldn't stay there again.
Even though upholstery and carpet were a little worn, it was not terribly disconcerting since I got a very good deal for my 5 day stay. Furnishings well chosen and layout of suite comfortable and VERY roomy, lots of space to breath and move around, separate kitchen space, plus separate living and sleeping spaces, granted I was staying by myself. Even for two there's plenty of space. Kitchen adequately supplied, includes dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove with oven. Lots of storage area. Hotel is right off I35 with traffic non-stop all hours, so be sure to get a room away from freeway if you're adverse to noise. Also there was at times thumping going on in a room above me. All in all, I would come back if I don't need absolute luxury. Location okay if you have car, not much to walk to, it's a little north, a mile or so, of the main hotel area.
Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Bedding had an unrecognizable, but toxic odor. Door on north end of hotel would not let you in, even though room key should allow you to access it. For the price there are much nicer hotels in the area.
elected to get a hotel room for new years eve, planning to ring it in in dallas, hotel located close to area were desiring to visiting so we could take a taxi to and from hotel without risking drinking and driving. when we arrived back at hotel well after midnight we were told the hotel flooded and we had to leave. they did not offer to assist with any accomendations we were in no condition to drive. very inconsiderate, it was a complete disaster.
When you travel here be sure to bring an fresh air or air wic plug so the room can smell better. The whole place smells like ciggaretts!!! It's only good if you are planing on staying in just to sleep! We were out all day long and only came back to sleep!! It smells!!!!! It's kinda ghetto!!! So b careful!!!
My visit was to attend Dallas Convention Center. This hotel was not easy access. Staff was friendly. Hotel facility was average for physical condition.
