TRIP WAS RUINED BECAUSE PROPERTY WAS NOT REALLY AVAILABLE!

On Jan 29th I reserved and payed for a unit that was listed on VRBO but, as I tried to find out check-in procedures on APR 7th from the owner the day before, I was told that the unit was not really available. I even received emails from VRBO a week before that said I was all set! TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP TO DALLAS! I WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE THIS CRAP SERVICE!!!
