Being homeless me and my kids went to several hotels in the area that was terrible until we found this hotel. THIS PLACE WAS CLEAN THE OFFICE WORKER WAS VERY FRIENDLY THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL. IT WAS SUCH A NICE CLEAN FRIENDLY PLACE I BOOKED IT AGAIN

This lil hidden gem is definitely a book you should not judge by the cover. The Front desk attendant is awesome! Best customer service. Our room was huge and the bed was really comfy. Has a refrigerator and cabinet space and a microwave, which is excellent. The room was very clean and their cable tv is supreme, channels and sound are crystal clear. It is located in a very quiet low-key area not far off hwy 360. Their prices are very very reasonable. Definitely check this gem out!

Have to go into a little entry way, no lobby area, door was locked. You had to ring a bell with a different hotel name on it. Viva Inn I am guessing is now the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Just a little window with a slide through tray. Not very friendly, just looked at me till I said I had a reservation. Asked for ID, told him I want to pay with a different card, acted like he did not hear me, but did turn and take my card. Just said room #104 as he pushed the room key through the tray. Room was OK, just not cleaned very well, dirt in the corners, dead crickets on the floor, and hair in the tub. We had a double bedroom, only had two bath towels. Did not ask for more, didn't want to bother. When I went to check us out. Rang the bell and a woman on the phone came out and just looked at me, so I held up my room key and placed in the tray. No, Thank you or anything.
