We booked the Crowne Plaza in Da Nang at the last minute. The hotel we had originally booked wasn't up to the standard we had expected, so we chose the Crowne Plaza from their profile on Expedia. Within an hour they had prepared a standard room on the 28th floor! The room was excellent; a comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and bath area, a stunning view of the city and the river and bay beyond, and a smart TV that we could connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts. Room service was very good, with a nice set of meal, dessert and drinks options. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception desk and the breakfast staff, to the gym and spa staff (shout out to therapist Mina and spa receptionist Tania!), all were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and always smiling. We love Vietnam and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Crowne Plaza, thank you Vietnam!

This hotel was a lovely haven in our stay at Da Nang. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms. Breakfast was an experience with such a wide range of international and Vietnamese food to select. Staff were exceptional throughout. We would like to especially thank - Mia at breakfast for knowing what we wanted. In reception - Nora, Nancy and Ruby for making us feel so welcome. Ken for making sure we were Ok. Finally Tracy in helping us with our bags and leaving the hotel. Other staff were amazing too. Thanks everyone!

This is a lovely hotel! The rooms and facilities are so clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great room service, excellent food. The gym is also very nice. The pool is a bit small but I never used it anyways being so close to the beach. I was apprehensive about not being on the beach but I actually loved this area. The riverwalk is beautiful, and right outside the hotel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The beds were so comfortable too! Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Stay with Comfort

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was fantastic! The suite included two bedrooms—a spacious master room and a separate single bedroom—perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the suite also featured a handy mini kitchen. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was great, the room was spacious and had great views. The restaurant was very good with very sumptuous breakfast full of different options.
