The room was not clean and we had to request them to change it even then they did not change the bedsheet for us. The floor was not mopped and there was a roll of hair floating around in the room. On the very first floor, there was a rat hanging there.

This hotel has a fantastic waterfront location. We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Modern hotel across from what we found to be the best area on Da Nang beach. A mix of young and old beachgoers in what appears to be the most popular surfing area.
