The property is amazing but the staff takes the prize. Meeting us with beautiful smiles every day and being so helpful all the time it really made us feel as if we were in a big community house. We will defnitly be staying in this hostel again here and anywhere else we find it :)

Stayed here twice before and after a trek. Very social, felt very safe and was staffed overnight, lots of spaces inside to sit and chill or work. Everywhere was kept clean and I appreciated little things like the railings to dry clothes or towels, the water refills and free coca tea, and that I could store my luggage securely whilst trekking. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Great location and staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. They make every detail of your travel stress free. I am a more quiet traveler and I will say that the clientele of this hostel tend to be more extraverted.

Great place to stay. They switched our rooms a few times which was a pain but fine regardless. The showers don’t have much water pressure and often are cold but that’s expected! The bar is fun and the atmosphere is lovely. Food is good, walking distance to everything.
