Wonderful staff.. extremely polite and helpful! Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast!

Great place to stay, highly recommend! Thank you.

Receptionist was rude. Rooms are very noisy as the doors are all hollow core composite - you can hear conversations on the other side of the door clear as day. We checked out after one night. Bed as hard as plywood. No fan in the bathroom. Electrical problem in the room - one Light flickered and made buzzing noises whenever turned on. I have no idea how this hotel showed 4.5 stars when I booked it - should be 2.5 - 3 stars at best.

Everything was great. Only downside are thin walls and price went up the following week otherwise we would have RE booked. Highly recommend!

Casa San Blas is one of the nicest places to stay in Cusco. It is close to great restaurants and to all the nightlife Cusco offers. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Boutique Hotel on a charming street in Cusco, just 3 blocks off the main square. We arrived from Cusco in the early AM and were pleasantly surprised that we could get into our room. It was really nice since we flew in from Mexico City on an overnight flight. Our room was perfect and they even held our bags over for a few days while we hiked the Inca Trail. A breakfast buffet was included and offered a wide variety of items as well as cooked to order egg dishes. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. FABULOUS!

i will for sure come back to this place, it was very clean, people friendly, breakfast very nice, cable very good, internet as well, location close to everything in the city.....i can't say no bad thing everything and everybody was nice

Tucked away on a side street, but within easy walking distance to everything, this was a great find. The staff could not have been more helpful. Could have easily spent another week in this wonderful little city.

Had booked and prepaid for a double room in July for Casa San Blas for myself and my son. Airport pick up had some problems with delay but we got to the property and were told at the front desk that we were being housed around the corner through the passageway and into a brand-new set of rooms with a different name. The room wasn't quite finished yet, was extremely cold though large and nicely appointed. Wi-Fi was a problem there and they corrected it with the placement of a router right in our window. We still felt we were in a completely separate abd desserted establishment all by ourselves and asked to be put in the hotel where we had booked and paid. We were told that it wasn't possible as there was no space in Casa San Blas. We were not happy. It's a pity because the new place will probably be lovely someday but it didn't work for us. I can't recommend Casa San Blas as although I booked and paid for it, I never stayed there. Great disappointment. Reception was pleasant enough.

On our first day, when we were adjusting to the altitude, I thought we were going to regret choosing a hotel located in the hilly San Blas neighborhood. Walking up the steep streets was a real workout, and balancing on the narrow elevated sidewalks was quite daunting! Once we adjusted to the altitude, we learned to appreciate the charm of this beautiful section of Cusco, a quick 5 minute walk to Plaza De Armas, yet just far enough from the crowds of the bustling city center. At the front desk, Russell was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a wonderful and cost-efficient one-day Sacred Valley tour for us within just a day's notice. A hot breakfast is included in the stay. The fresh, local fruits were an adventure to try! The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Actually the shuttle back to the airport was a taxi which the hotel gave us cash to pay for, which was fine. The porters are all very friendly and attentive. Cusco in June was quite chilly at night. Hot water bottles were placed in our beds every night, and a heater helped warm the room. The room we stayed in wasn't quite as soundproof as I would have liked, however, earplugs did the trick. One suggestion would be for the hotel to provide bottled water for guests since it is not advisable to drink or brush your teeth with the local tap water. However, many stores around the hotel sell bottled water, and we found one small grocery store around the corner that sold a large (about 2 Liters) bottle for 2 soles. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you, Casa San Blas, for a wonderful experience!

I stayed here two nights before I went on the Inca Trail and it was a great location to my tour operator and to get around town. The staff was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel with character and charm and a very attentive staff.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night in Cusco before setting of on the Inca Trail. Great staff, perfect location.

The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and efficient. breakfat is good. Very satisfied!

Our three day stay at this hotel was the best in our Peru trip. The room was functional and clean. The staff was very helpful and the location is very close to the main tourist areas.

Perfect trip! They accomodated every request, small or unusual and I had some unusual requests, to my liking!

We have found the staff very friendly, and helpful. Taxi shuttle saves a lot of trouble and a few soles. English spoken and staff helpful to getting to places around town. Authentic friendly Peruvian hospitality. Its not the Ritz, for the price, a very good value.

Average hotel, good location but room was dark and small.

This hotel was comfortable, very attractive and clean. The staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful. It was an excellent location and close to the main plaza. Our first room was beautiful and large. we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed again at this hotel a few days later, after going to Machu Picchu, and were a little disappointed that the second room, was smaller, less attractive, and there was a lot of noise outside the window because of a school nearby. So it just depended on the room you got. But all in all, it was a very attractive, safe, clean hotel with great staff and a very nice breakfast included.
