The location was very unique. Hard to get to. The hotel was clean and staff was extremely nice and kind.

It’s a good place to stay .Breakfast was included .Staff are friendly .

I liked the staff. Very helpful! Did not like the fact that there was extra fees at check out that did not match their paper advertisement posted on the front counter.

Is not what the offer in the picture They offer me something different

A bit far from downtown, and expensive for that area. You get many spots on the main for the money

Great views, good value for price,,....................

Hotel was situated in an area in Cuzco which was not too far from the city center. Upon arrival, staff was very accommodating. I booked my Macchu Picchu tour with the hotel, as they had emailed me prior to my arrival regarding my sightseeing plans. I realized later on that I was over charged about 140$ more just for their service in just booking my travels to macchu picchu. If I would have known, I would have booked the train and bus tickets myself, as they did not inform me that I would be on my own after dropping me off at the bus to Peru Rail (which takes you to the mountain). Most other travelers that I met had a tour guide throughout their travel to the site. Also, the bus that took us to the train had a very bad odor, as a child had became nauseous. Not only did the driver not have any napkins to clean it up or spray to mask the smell, but he was also rude to the mother of the child for “letting” her child throw up in the vehicle. It disturbed me that he was so ignorant as to believe a mother has control over a child suddenly becoming sick. Basically booking a tour though this hotel is definitely NOT WORTH the money. You can simply book bus and PeruRail Train tickets at the airport in Cusco. Save yourself the money! There are guides before hiking up the mountain that will offer you the tour. My other complaint was that on the morning of my flight, the water had been turned off in my room because of an issue and I was not warned although it was resolved quickly.

Our room was stark and cold. Nothing on the walls, the furniture was outdated, and lots of missing items (luggage rack, trash can in bedroom, safe, iron, do not disturb sign...etc). The bathroom was dated and ill-equipped. We had 2 meals, one at the restaurant and one room service. Both had terrible food. My son was sick (vomiting and diarrhea) after eating their spaghetti. The best thing about this hotel is the view from one part of the restaurant. We were so disappointed that we ended up checking out early to move to a more comfortable hotel at the city center.

Friendly staff. Hotel was in a funky location but the view was excellent. Quick cab ride to city center.

Check in took forever and staff were generally unhelpful. Even though the hotel was empty, they put my friend on a floor with no elevator access. Very bizarre space - dark and very quiet. The hotel is near nothing - you need to take taxis to and from the center of Cusco. It’s worth the extra cost to stay somewhere other than here.

The water pressure is very bad (don’t have someone accidentally turn on the bathroom facet while you are in the shower). The WiFi is terrible and finally the hotel added a 10% fee on top of room because we booked thru Orbitz.

The hotel is up higher in the hills so not really within walking distance of the main squares but you can take a taxi. The room was big, clean and acceptable. Wifi was slow. Bathroom was simple but OK.

The carpet of the hotel is filthy. The water coming from the faucet is brownish. There's only 1 glass and towel for 2 guest

For the most part the experience was very good. I had two rooms for me and my group. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We had a couple minor issues and the staff immediately (less than 5 minutes) resolved both. The hotel is on the mountain and the view of Cusco is amazing. The only negative is the location requires a taxi to get back and forth to the plaza. Make sure you get a taxi that can go up the hills. We got a small one and had to get out because it could not make the hill. That was a funny experience.

The Hotel is nice BUT it is far from the city center and you will spend alot in cab fare. The wi-fi is slow and the oxygen bar is non existent. The bathroom had some issues with humidity and we were changed rooms (with the same issue) and offered a free meal which was charged at check out! Hotel staff is friendly and attentive.

It was too far out but view was excellent. Rooms were cold but heaters were provided.

Wonderful hotel for the price. Spectacular views in a quiet neighborhood. It is away from the main sights of the city so you'll need a taxi to get around. If you call the front desk, they will help accommodate in any way that they can.
