We had an excellent stay at Hotel Arcángel in Cusco. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A lovely hotel just a short walk from the main square in Cusco, so very convenient. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We booked the Junior Suite, which had a living room area, providing us with lots of space. It was also very quiet for sleeping.

The hotel is in the good location. Very close to main area of tourist site. The bed is comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The only problem is the room a bit cold and also if you want to shower have to wait about 5 minutes for the hot water to come. Other than that everything else is ok.
