I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Para uma noite em Curitiba foi bom, ficamos muito pouco no hotel. Tínhamos um evento perto, então a localização foi estratégica. Só vimos no anúncio que tinha estacionamento e, de fato tinha, mas não vi nenhum lugar informando que era pago e em outro local. Este foi um ponto negativo, pois pensamos que tinha estacionamento incluso no hotel quando na verdade era em outro lugar e pago.

Extremamente decepcionante

Minha experiência neste hotel Rede Andrade Guaíra em Curitiba foi muito abaixo do esperado. Logo ao chegar, me deparei com um ambiente em péssimas condições: - Janelas enferrujadas e mal conservadas - Água do banheiro marrom - Paredes manchadas e com aparência de sujeira - Ausência de tomadas adequadas para carregar celular – as poucas que existiam estavam sem espelho e com fiação exposta, o que é perigoso - A TV ligava e desligava sozinha, sem explicação - O ambiente como um todo era feio, desagradável e claramente mal cuidado Diante de tantos problemas, fui encaminhada para outro hotel da rede, o que mostra que a própria equipe reconheceu a gravidade da situação. Foi uma experiência frustrante e muito distante do que o site anunciava. Espero que essa avaliação ajude outros viajantes a evitarem o mesmo transtorno.
